The Regulatory Affairs Director will work alongside the HMC Group legal and compliance team and reports directly to the Group CEO of HMC Group. The Regulatory Affairs Director shall be responsible for all aspects of the HMC Group’s government relations and engagement with the community. Responsibilities include legislative analysis, development of a public policy agenda and strategy, direct lobbying, and representing all assets of HMC Group in meetings with government entities and advocacy groups. In particular, the Regulatory Affairs Director must have a good understanding of all aspects of the healthcare sector and compliance with the regulations issued by the relevant Ministries in Vietnam concerning matters such as, including and not limited to medical, safety, land and construction matters.

This job requires strong experience in long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, primarily supporting key areas of the business. The job holder collaborates with key members of Hoan My team to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making.
Head of Business Development is responsible for the development of the market and the business within Hoan My Network. He or She will create, develop and execute strategic initiatives to create awareness, market acceptation and revenue generation for new business. This position will make sure our business model is matching the Hoan My healthcare systems. He or She will collaborate and build new business opportunities with health insurers, specialists and hospital management responsible for clinical governance, quality, patient pathways, outpatient follow-up, patient experience, patient satisfaction and efficiencies.
Responsible for the effective, efficient and integrated operation of a specific hospital/clinic belongs to Hoan My Group that is consistent with the strategy and goals of the Group’s strategic plan.

Lead the development and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for Hoan My Medical Corporation. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview preparation, and closing as per requests.
Developing, implementing and managing retention-marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives. Analyzing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements. Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary. Optimizing email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.
This position requires the job holder's strong expertise in selecting, evaluating, and managing vendor partnerships, primarily supporting key areas of the business.
