JOB SUMMARY
Ensure all medical equipment is fully operational, safe, and meets clinical needs. Maintain device documentation, perform preventive maintenance and calibration, and support equipment procurement and improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Readiness & Maintenance
Ensure medical devices are ready for use, safe, and compliant with clinical standards.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs promptly; track and minimize equipment downtime.
Documentation & Records Management
Update and store complete device records, including history, maintenance logs, calibration reports, inspection records, and repair forms.

Procurement & Inventory
Propose procurement plans for equipment, spare parts, and consumables in a timely manner.
Quality Improvement & Support
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, propose operational enhancements, and support hospital community events as needed.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in medical equipment management or maintenance preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical understanding of medical devices, electronics, IT, and basic mechanics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to understand and interpret technical documents in English.
