
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Provide high-level administrative support to the COO/GM, ensuring efficient operations, strategic planning, and compliance oversight. Act as the GM’s representative in internal and external communications, while coordinating departmental activities to support business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Operational Support
Coordinate operational and strategic activities per Ministry of Health, Group, and Hospital policies.
Monitor project progress and departmental performance, reporting key updates.
Represent the GM in meetings with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and partners.
Schedule and prepare documentation for board and senior-level meetings.
Develop and refine internal operational models and process improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the GM.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or comparable field.

At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within healthcare.

Skills & Competencies
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, verbal and written.
Strong computer skills, especially in data management and office applications.
