JOB SUMMARY
Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including basic and specialized techniques, across a range of clinical departments.
Support safe, effective, and compassionate patient care throughout all stages of hospitalization.
Participate in clinical support, training, patient education, and ongoing improvement of nursing practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
Weight: 90%
Provide comprehensive care to patients following hospital policies and procedures.
Perform basic and advanced nursing techniques specific to the department.
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions daily; record clinical changes and report abnormal findings promptly to physicians.
Develop and implement nursing care plans in coordination with doctors.
Receive and orient new admissions; perform triage and coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and referrals.
Execute all administrative nursing tasks including accurate documentation, care reports, and compliance with HIS systems.
Maintain readiness and stock of medical equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure infection control and safety measures are followed during all nursing procedures.
Participate in patient emergency care, including first aid and Code Blue team operations.
Supervise and guide junior nurses and interns during assigned shifts.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Support the care and procedures for terminally ill or deceased patients per hospital protocol.

Complete all additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and department leadership.
Participate in weekly CME sessions and other educational activities.
Attend departmental and hospital briefings and planning meetings.
Ensure no violations of hospital policies, rules, or professional ethics.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Intermediate proficiency in a foreign language (preferred: English).
Basic proficiency in computer skills, including HIS 2.0 and nursing software.
Experience in multi-department hospital settings (300–500 beds preferred).

Nursing Expertise:
Competence in comprehensive patient care and early recognition of clinical changes.
Proficiency in both basic and department-specific nursing techniques.
Strong knowledge of medical principles, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Training & Research:
Ability to mentor and guide junior nurses and nursing students.
Familiarity with healthcare research and scientific reporting in nursing.
Legal & Ethical Awareness:
Knowledge of healthcare-related legal documents, professional responsibilities, and public health laws.
