JOB SUMMARY
Perform traditional medicine and rehabilitation techniques on patients following hospital procedures.
Ensure safety, accuracy, and professionalism in all treatments.
Follow hospital regulations and complete assigned duties effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Duties
Operate equipment properly and safely:
Check devices before use.
Use according to hospital procedures and doctors’ orders.
Turn off and maintain equipment after use.
Guide patients and families on safe home exercises.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure infection control.
Monitor and store equipment safely.
Stay at the workstation while machines are in use.
Accompany repair technicians during equipment servicing.
Supportive Duties
Follow hospital rules, procedures, and conduct guidelines.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Join improvement projects and support other departments.
Prepare annual plans for equipment and supplies.
Assist during inspections by hospital or health authorities.
Maintain teamwork and cooperation within the department.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education & Experience
Diploma or higher in traditional medicine
Intermediate English proficiency.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospital software (e.g., HIS 2.0).
Experience in 300–500-bed hospitals is preferred.
Skills
Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective care.
Recognize patient needs and respond appropriately.
Apply basic medical and nursing knowledge in care and rehabilitation.
Perform standard and specialized techniques.
Work well in a team and maintain a professional attitude.
