
Job Description
Provide and maintain excellent customer relationships, support assigned medical service offerings, and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments to drive revenue and service quality.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Advise on services, prepare quotes, and offer customer care for assigned territories.
Plan and execute client engagements, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Coordinate service delivery with clinical departments, monitor service quality, and handle customer feedback and complaints.
Meet revenue targets and adhere to approved sales processes.
Prepare periodic sales reports and ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Head of Sales
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Associate's/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; healthcare service experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient with office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Honest, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a strong team player
