Dr. Dao Thi Thanh Hai graduated from the Thai Binh Medical University as a medical doctor. She later obtained her Specialist Level 1 in Haematology and Blood Transfusion degree from the Hanoi Medical University. With over 34 years of experience, Dr. Hai currently heads the Department of Laboratory, as well as the Paraclinical Division at Hoan My Binh Duong Private Hospital. Throughout her career, Dr Hai has received numerous accolades and commendations, including those from the Prime Minister, as well as the Binh Duong Department of Health. In particular, she has been instrumental in promoting a professional working environment in Hoan My Binh Duong, with the hospital leading the entire Hoan My network in the Hospital Staff Satisfaction Index from 2020 to 2022.
