JOB SUMMARY
The Total Rewards Senior Manager is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the Group’s Total Rewards strategy (Compensation, Benefits, Performance & Rewards Governance) to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and alignment with business and workforce strategy across all hospitals and business units.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Group Compensation Strategy & Governance
- Design and lead Group-wide compensation framework (job architecture, grading, salary structure).
- Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Establish compensation governance, approval matrix, and control mechanisms.
- Lead annual salary review, promotion, and adjustment
Benefits Strategy & Optimization
- Design and optimize Group benefits framework (insurance, wellness, allowances, long-term benefits).
- Balance cost control with employee value proposition (EVP).
- Standardize core benefits while allowing local flexibility where required.
Performance, Incentives & Rewards Design
- Design and govern short-term incentive (STI) and long-term incentive (LTI) schemes.
- Align performance metrics with business, clinical quality, and financial outcomes.
- Ensure clear link between performance, reward, and accountability.
Workforce Planning and Cost Control
- Lead Total Rewards analytics, reporting, and workforce cost modeling.
- Own headcount and manpower planning, ensuring efficient cost control across the Group
Projects, Initiatives & Transformation
- Lead change management for new TR initiatives.
- Other assignments/ projects assigned by Group Head of HR

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits / HR Strategy, including:
- At least 5 years at managerial level in large-scale or multi-site organizations.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Group-wide Total Rewards frameworks, including:
- Job architecture, job grading, and salary structures
- Short-term and long-term incentive schemes (STI/LTI)
- Benefits strategy and cost optimization
- Experience in transformation, standardization, or M&A environments is a strong advantage
- Deep expertise in:
- Compensation governance and market benchmarking
- Incentive design and pay-for-performance frameworks
- Benefits design, insurance programs, and employee well-being
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills in workforce cost modeling, scenario planning, and Total Rewards analytics.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills at C-suite and senior leadership levels.
- Ability to manage sensitive discussions related to pay equity, incentives, and rewards governance.
- Experience in driving large-scale change, managing resistance, and ensuring consistent adoption across the Group.
