JOB SUMMARY
- The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition Shared Service function across Hoan My Medical Corporation to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes. The role manages the TA team, oversees recruitment operations, supports workforce planning, and drives continuous improvement of recruitment processes and hiring effectiveness across hospitals and business units.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and hospital leadership teams to meet workforce needs, improve recruitment performance, and build a sustainable talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Report to Group Head of Human Resources.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition Team Leadership & Operations Management
- Lead, manage, and coach the TA Business Partners.
- Allocate recruitment workload and resources across hospitals and business units.
- Monitor team performance and ensure recruitment KPIs and service standards are achieved.
- Provide guidance and support in resolving recruitment challenges and stakeholder escalations.
- Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing within the TA team.
Recruitment Delivery & Critical Hiring
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities across hospitals and business units.
- Support TA Business Partners in filling critical, hard-to-fill, confidential, and leadership positions.
- Review candidate pipelines and recruitment progress regularly to ensure hiring targets are met.
- Partner with hiring managers to address recruitment challenges and improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Workforce Planning & Talent Pipeline
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to consolidate and monitor workforce hiring plans.
- Track hiring demand and recruitment capacity across hospitals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Support proactive sourcing initiatives, employee referral programs, and talent mapping activities.
- Monitor workforce trends and provide recommendations to address hiring risks.
Recruitment Process, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and approval requirements.
- Standardize recruitment practices across hospitals and business units.
- Review and improve recruitment workflows, tools, and service delivery processes.
- Promote structured interview and assessment practices.
- Support implementation of recruitment-related projects and system enhancements.
Recruitment Analytics, Reporting & Employer Branding
- Prepare and monitor recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Track recruitment KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Promote employee referral programs and talent attraction activities

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role (Manager / Group / Head level) within large, multi-entity organizations.
- Proven experience in building and standardizing group-wide recruitment strategies, including manpower planning, employer branding, and recruitment governance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for:
- Management and leadership roles (Manager, Director, C-level)
- Specialized and hard-to-fill positions (Healthcare/Medical, Finance, IT, Commercial, etc.)
- Solid understanding of job architecture, job grading, and competency frameworks, with practical experience in competency-based and behavioral interviewing (STAR method).
- In-depth knowledge of the Vietnam labor market, particularly for mid- to senior-level hiring; experience managing recruitment agencies and executive search firms.
- Experience in recruitment budget management and recruitment effectiveness metrics (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).
- Good understanding of labor laws, internal recruitment policies, governance, and compliance, especially in highly regulated industries (healthcare experience is a strong advantage).
- Preferably experienced in recruitment transformation projects, including process redesign, SOP development, and recruitment toolkit/library standardization.

- Ability to develop and maintain recruitment SOPs, policies, guidelines, and dashboards
- Proficient in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
Communication Skills
- Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills at senior leadership level
- Ability to prepare clear, structured proposals, reports, and approval papers
- Fluent English for working with senior leaders and international stakeholders
