JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) serves as the primary recruitment partner for assigned hospitals and business units within Hoan My Medical Corporation (HMC).
The role is responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment services, provide recruitment consultation, support workforce planning activities, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes in alignment with HMC's Talent Acquisition Shared Service model.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment Business Partnering & Workforce Planning
Build strong partnerships with Hospital GMs, HRBP Managers, and Hiring Managers. Provide recruitment consultation, workforce planning support, and talent solutions aligned with business needs.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Management
Deliver recruitment services from requisition approval through candidate onboarding. Ensure vacancies are filled with qualified talent within agreed timelines and recruitment standards.
3. Stakeholder & Candidate Experience Management
Deliver a positive and professional recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
4. Talent Pipeline, Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. Support employer branding initiatives and provide market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
5. Recruitment Governance, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Ensure recruitment activities comply with HMC policies and standards. Provide accurate recruitment reporting and contribute to TA process improvements and Shared Service initiatives.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, corporate, or shared service environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple job functions and levels.
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and business leaders
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to build credibility and maintain effective relationships across all organizational levels.
