JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for enhancing marketing effectiveness and providing essential support to the sales team. This role focuses on developing go-to-market plans, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive business growth. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with the sales team to align goals and providing necessary tools for customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Monitor Go-to-Market Plans
- Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of these plans to ensure effective implementation.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
Manage and Execute Marketing Campaigns
- Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide relevant marketing materials.
- Develop tools and resources that aid the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
- Train the sales team on new marketing initiatives and tools to drive sales effectiveness.
Market Research and Customer Insights
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
