JOB SUMMARY
The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for leading and driving the execution of sales and marketing strategies across the hospital system to achieve revenue targets, market penetration, and brand growth objectives.
This role ensures alignment between hospital-level commercial execution and group commercial direction set by the Group Chief Commercial Officer. The position oversees sales performance management, marketing campaigns, regional commercial execution, and corporate partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Execution & Revenue Delivery
- Translate group commercial strategy into actionable sales plans across hospitals.
- Set and cascade revenue targets by hospital and region.
- Monitor pipeline, conversion rate, and revenue realization.
- Ensure alignment between Regional Commercial Directors and group objectives.
Sales Performance Management
- Lead performance management framework for sales teams.
- Oversee incentive schemes and sales productivity metrics.
- Coach Regional Commercial Directors on performance gaps.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and oversee annual marketing plan aligned with revenue goals.
- Lead integrated campaigns (digital, PR, events, service line promotion).
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across hospitals.
- Optimize marketing budget allocation.
- Market intelligence and knowledge gathering & provide insight into new revenue growth opportunities
Reporting & Commercial Analytics
- Consolidate sales and marketing performance reports.
- Present monthly commercial dashboard to GCCO.
- Identify risks and opportunities proactively.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across hospitals.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead and develop team members
- Drive accountability culture and performance discipline.
- Identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
- Build succession pipeline within commercial teams.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field
- 10+ years in Sales & Marketing leadership
- Experience managing multi-site / regional commercial teams
- Strong revenue management and execution capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills
