Job Description
- Receive and process purchase requests to ensure timely, adequate, and quality supply of goods, materials, equipment, and services for hospital operations and clinical activities, in compliance with internal regulations and cost efficiency.
- Execute the full procurement cycle: sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, ordering, goods receiving, and preparing payment documents as per internal procedures.
- Identify and evaluate optimal suppliers based on product quality, pricing, after-sales service, and payment terms to best meet the hospital’s needs.
- Proactively track and control purchasing progress; promptly handle any issues arising during the procurement process.
- Coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth and effective procurement execution.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Manager and provide regular updates on work progress.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement. Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is preferred.

Excellent time and task management skills
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Proficient in IT tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, and online search engines
