About the job

• You are a senior procurement leader who prefers running complex, multi-site operations rather than managing a single function in isolation. At Hoan My, you will take ownership of group procurement across our hospital and clinic network in Vietnam, ensuring procurement is standardised, ethical, compliant, and delivery-focused.
• This role suits someone who is comfortable operating in a large system with multiple decision-makers. You will work fluidly across headquarters and hospitals, align management priorities with site realities, and keep stakeholders moving in the same direction even when trade-offs are difficult.

What you will do

• Procurement - Govern category strategy delivery, by driving category plans and major sourcing decisions across CAPEX, OPEX, and Drugs & Consumables and ensuring outcomes protect quality and continuity of care
• Stakeholder management - Lead stakeholder alignment across the network, by working fluidly with leadership, hospital general managers, clinical stakeholders, and group functions to resolve priorities and unblock execution
• Standardisation - Drive standardisation and contract coverage, by reducing price variance and off-contract leakage through catalogue governance, cross-hospital alignment, and centralised procurement
• Capital planning - Steward capital and budget discipline, by ensuring high-value CAPEX and strategic projects follow the right approval gates and deliver measurable outcomes
• People - Develop leaders and teams by coaching procurement leaders across hospitals, building capability, and strengthening succession planning

You are likely a strong fit if you bring

• Multi-site leadership experience, through 10+ years in procurement/supply chain and 5+ years leading distributed or matrixed teams across multiple locations
• Network stakeholder management strength, through proven ability to align management, headquarters, and hospitals and keep decisions moving in complex environments
• Governance and operating discipline, through experience building procurement policies, controls, and operating rhythms that scale across many sites
• Commercial judgement and contract control, through oversight of category strategy, major negotiations, contract governance, and supplier performance management
• Systems and data fluency, through experience running ERP-enabled procurement workflows and performance reporting, with Oracle experience as an advantage

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
• Procurement leadership: 10+ years procurement/supply experience, with 5+ years leading multi-site or matrixed teams
• Healthcare complexity: Experience operating in regulated environments with strong quality, compliance, and stakeholder demands (healthcare experience is an advantage)
• Commercial governance: Proven capability in category strategy governance, contract/commercial management, and supplier performance oversight
• Systems & controls: Experience with ERP-enabled procurement (Oracle preferred) and building policies, SOPs, and control frameworks at corporate level
• Leadership: Ability to lead through influence across multiple hospitals and develop procurement leaders at both asset and group levels
• Stakeholder management: Ability to align clinical, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders around standardisation and value delivery
• Commercial judgement: Strong negotiation oversight, contract risk sense, and ability to structure enforceable commercial terms
• Analytical discipline: Ability to use spend data, compliance metrics, and supplier performance insights to prioritise and drive decisions
• Integrity & resilience: Consistent ethical judgement, calm execution under pressure, and ability to manage conflicts and escalation constructively
