JOB SUMMARY

• Oversee all HR functions for 300+ staff, lead the response to any labor or compensation issues, drive recruitment initiatives, and manage employee onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure strict and effective budget execution management.
• Supervise and make the right decisions and proposals in terms of personnel with Director.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Well manage all staff of HR staffs
• Build and manage annual HR budget effectively
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Ensure the compliance of employees on the implementation of Hospital and HMC’s regulations
• Ensure employee benefits and benefits are paid accurately and on time
• Ensure recruitment and training of staff according to the actual development requirements of the Hospital, in accordance with the approved budget
• Improve the spiritual life of employees
• Ensure the awareness of compliance with rules and regulations of Hospital staff is increased
• Operate and manage staff of the HR Department to perform professional work
• Perform reports and other assigned tasks on time and according to the requirements of management levels and the Group
• Close coordination and good relationship with all departments/rooms in the hospital

KEY CAPABILITIES 

Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in management

• Professional competence: Having medical knowledge and human resources Agile, responsible, cooperative, harmonious and honest
• Ability to plan and manage time in work
• Ability to work in a team, independently, and under high pressure
• Good communication skill
