Job Description

Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs;
Develop monthly/quarterly recruitment plans;
Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms, screen CVs, arrange and participate in interviews;
To In charge of the integration process for new employees including orientation and training during apprenticeship and probationary periods;
Develop and implement training programs: Plan, design and implement training programs to develop skills, improve employee capacity and performance;
Organize events and training activities: Organize events, seminars, workshops and other training activities to improve employees' knowledge and skills;
Update and manage personnel records and reports according to ESMS and ACHS standards;
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors and decided by the Director (if any).

Education: College degree or higher in Human Resource Management or Business Administration;
Experience: At least 02 years of experience in a similar position;
Communication skills, negotiation, problem-solving, conflict resolution;
Effective planning and time management skills;
Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Data analysis skills;
Foreign language: Basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
