JOB SUMMARY:

The Group Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the tax planning, compliance, and management of tax-related activities within the organisation.  The Group Tax Manager will work closely with senior leadership to manage tax obligations effectively and strategically.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company’s goals
• Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax documents in all subsidiaries of Hoan My network
• Review taxation matters of all subsidiaries and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, advising management on the impact
• Lead and coordinate tax health check, tax audits, and supervise responses to tax notices
• Identify and mitigate tax risks through effective planning and control
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to integrate tax planning into business strategies

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economic or related fields
• 10+ years of overall experience with a proven track record of handling direct and indirect tax matters, in which at least 5+ years incharge inhouse tax
• Excellent understanding of Tax assessment procedures.

• Strong analytical skills includes the ability to spot, assess and address risk and recommendations for improvement.
• Strong communication skills presenting internal control and risk matters in an understandable way across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level of detail.
