GROUP SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
JOB SUMMARY:
- Ensure that the bookkeeping is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law, the industry and of the corporation
- Make sure the annual audit is done efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Management and Leadership (90%)
- Effective organization of the accounting system of the business
- Take primary responsibility for the full recording and on-time submission of accounting, statistical and settlement reports in accordance with state regulation.
- Take primary responsibility for approving monthly and annual financial statements with the Group Chief Financial Officer as well as the authorities.
- Take primary responsibility for analyzing and evaluating periodic financial indicators to advise the Director on the most appropriate decisions for each stage.
- Manage budget operations.
- Responsible for organizing the evaluation and goal building as well as implementing the training plan for the company’s accounting team.
- Build relationship with functional parties: Tax, Insurance…
Provide expertise (10%)
- Learn, update and comply with labor rules, code of conduct, regulations, and procedures of the hospital.
- Participate in the implementation of hospital-wide capacity improvement projects along with the other departments.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate from university or majored in accounting and finance.
- Have at least 5 year of direct work experience and at least 3 years of experience as chief accountant.
Knowledge & Skills
- Having knowledge, experience in the medical field is an advantage.
- Have communication skills, effective presentation, a focus on negotiation
- Have teamwork skills, independent and self-researching.
- Capable of working under a high-pressure environment.
