• Lead and manage the Hospital’s finance and accounting function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, effective budgeting, cash flow, cost management, internal controls, and statutory compliance in line with Government, Group, and Hospital requirements
• Partner with the GM and GCFO to provide financial analysis, risk insights, and practical recommendations that support decision-making, optimize resource utilization, and build a capable Finance & Accounting team.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Audit or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of finance-accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a management/controller role; hospital, healthcare or service-sector exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of VAS, tax, budgeting, cost management, cash flow and internal controls; IFRS exposure is an advantage.
• Financial analysis, budgeting, problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• ERP/FICO and BI/reporting tools preferred.
