Job Description
1. Welcome and See Off Customers
2. Guide and Advise Customers on Hospital Procedures and Health Insurance (BHYT) Policies
3. Assist Customers with Limited Mobility or Difficulty Moving
4. Arrange, Inspect, and Maintain Equipment in the Assigned Work Area and Hand Over to the Next Shift at the End of Each Day
5. Manage the Assigned Area and Prevent Service Incidents
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Experience in customer consultation and customer service/care.
