• Receive, process, and perform sterilization of medical instruments, medical supplies, and linens in accordance with hospital procedures and regulations.
• Ensure 100% of instruments and linens from all departments are properly disinfected and sterilized, meeting operational requirements.
• Inspect the quantity, quality, and functionality of instruments prior to cleaning, packaging, and sterilization.
• Perform packaging, storage, and distribution of sterile instruments, medical supplies, and linens in compliance with regulations.
• Operate sterilization machines and equipment in accordance with technical procedures.
• Handle and sterilize specialized instruments (e.g., gastrointestinal endoscopy, ENT endoscopy equipment).
• Coordinate the receipt and delivery of instruments with departments according to established procedures.
• Ensure proper storage, preservation, and timely supply of sterile instruments, medical supplies, and linens to all departments.
• Implement corrective actions in case of equipment failure, supply shortage, or emergency situations (e.g., epidemics, disasters) to ensure continuous operation.
• Strictly comply with infection control regulations and 5S standards in all working areas.

Qualifications:
