Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Communications Manager is responsible for creating and implementing both internal and external communications activities of the Group. He/she will manage the corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, brand communications, media relations and internal communications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reputation Management
- Strengthen the company reputation by developing key campaigns, identifying sponsorship and CSR opportunities with key stakeholders
- Brand communications: develop, execute integrated communications campaigns in order to build brand reputation.
- Issue and crisis management: working with other functions, support responses to issues and crisis as they arise.
2. Media relations
- Develop and maintain relationship with key media to enhance the company reputation and to support marketing communications program.
- Review and edit media content sent by Hospitals
- Develop press releases, press kit, bylined articles, thought leadership
- Organize media gathering, press briefing
3. Internal Communications
- Develop content/ presentations/ messages that inspire and consistent in tone and voice.
- Proofreading and editing materials before public.
- Develop subject specific content for external use when required.
- Provide editorial support to web-content development.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Communications, Branding
- Strong stakeholders management
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- A university degree (major in Communications, Journalism or Marketing) is required.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential
- Excellent communications skill in English and Vietnamese
- Experience of working in a creative public relations or marketing role would be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to develop good content
- Experience in data analysis and utilizing metrics to inform decision-making.
