Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Project Executive supports the execution of commercial initiatives while playing a key role in communications to ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand and business objectives. The role also provides administrative and project assistance to the GCCO and supports the broader commercial function.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications
- Execute external and internal communication activities
- Ensure messaging is aligned with corporate brand voice and communication guidelines
- Review and proofread communication materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism
- Draft and edit content including internal emails, social media captions, newsletters, and project updates
- Manage and maintain all communications-related paperwork, including contracts, POs, approval forms, and documentation in line with internal processes
- Coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders on expense tracking, and payment follow-ups for communication activities and campaigns
GCCO Administrative & Executive Assistance
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the GCCO on commercial initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for GCCO’s meeting
- Coordinate schedules, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions related to GCCO requirements
- Support in consolidating inputs from different teams for reports
Commercial Project Support
- Assist in coordinating and tracking progress of commercial projects when required by GCCO
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of assigned tasks

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
