JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for all financial accounting and reporting system of the business in Vietnam.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process accounting transactions, group consolidation and prepare financial statements in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage accounting processes for assigned entities.
• Responsible for assigned internal and management reporting.
• Review and make recommendation for better accounting practice/ procedures.
• Liaise with local authorities, internal and external auditors on related accounting and tax matters.
• Assist with planning, testing, training, implementation and review of all aspects of financial systems.
• Work closely with other departments and across hospitals and clinics on financial related matters in Hoan My network.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager/ Management team.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

• Five to seven years of work experience in accounting, including at least 2 years as Chief Accountant, Accounting Manager or Senior General Accountant.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong inter-personal skills and able to relate with employees at all levels.
• Hands on, responsible, integrity, diligent, careful and honest, capable of working under a high-pressure environment, a complex organization matrix.
• Healthcare background is a plus.
• Languages skills: Good at English (writing and reading skills).
• IT proficiency: Office applications, Oracle or similar accounting software.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from university or majored in accounting and finance.
• Hold Chief Accountant Certificate is a must.
