Job Description
- Oversee the overall operations of the Finance Department.
- Advise the Chief Financial Officer and Hospital Management on financial strategies to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, health insurance, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures, allocate tasks effectively, and lead, train, and supervise the accounting team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure transparency and minimize financial risks.
- Represent the accounting department in audits, inspections, and internal/external financial reviews.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations; experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare accounting is a strong advantage.
