• Oversee the overall operations of the Finance Department.
• Advise the Chief Financial Officer and Hospital Management on financial strategies to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, health insurance, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain internal procedures, allocate tasks effectively, and lead, train, and supervise the accounting team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure transparency and minimize financial risks.
• Represent the accounting department in audits, inspections, and internal/external financial reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations; experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Prior experience in hospital or healthcare accounting is a strong advantage.
