Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager in daily activities.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, business trips, and prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support the General Manager in project management, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Assist in business case development, market research, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in and coordinate market development and communications projects as assigned.
- Monitor the implementation of tasks and strategic initiatives assigned by the General Manager to departments.
- Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal departments or external partners.
- Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in executive assistant, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience in project management and business analysis is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude, high level of discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
