Dr. Tran Phuoc Tam graduated as a medical doctor from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2004. He later obtained a Specialist Level I in Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation degree from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2011, and subsequently a Specialist Level II in Health Management degree from the Hanoi University of Public Health in 2020.
