Dr. Nguyen Ba Toan obtained a Specialist Level 1 in Medical Laboratory Testing degree from Hong Bang International University in 2020. He presently heads the Laboratory Department at Hoan My Binh Duong Hospital. Over the years, to keep his skills up-to-date, Dr. Toan has also earned numerous certifications including “Biosafety in the laboratory” and “PAP’s reading techniques”.
