JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Centres of Excellence (CoE) Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and operational management of the group's medical centers of excellence.  
  • The CoE Manager will oversee the implementation of key projects, financial planning, operational processes, and team management, ensuring that the centers meet strategic goals and deliver high-quality healthcare services. 
  • The CoE Manager will work closely with the finance team to develop business cases, monitor the progress of development projects, and lead efforts in recruiting talent, procuring equipment, and establishing clinical and operational processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Strategic Planning & Implementation:
•    Lead the development and execution of the operational and strategic plan for the Centers of Excellence.
•    Ensure alignment of the centers’ activities with the overall goals and vision of Hoan My Medical Group.
•    Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure all targets are met.
2.    Business Case Development & Financial Coordination:
•    Partner with the Finance team to develop the business cases for new initiatives and projects.
•    Provide oversight on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the centers.
3.    Project Management & Execution:
•    Oversee the construction, renovation, and expansion of the centers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
•    Ensure smooth execution of center development activities, including procurement of medical equipment and staffing.
•    Establish operational and clinical processes, including treatment protocols and specialized workflows.
4.    Human Resource Management:
•    Lead recruitment efforts to hire qualified medical and administrative staff.
•    Build and maintain effective teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
•    Ensure that all centers are adequately staffed and that all personnel are trained in the highest standards of healthcare service delivery.
5.    Marketing & Promotion:
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the centers, enhancing brand awareness and patient acquisition.
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns based on defined KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
6.    Daily Operations & Performance Monitoring:
•    Oversee the daily operations of the Centers of Excellence to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and clinical effectiveness.
•    Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centers against established KPIs.
•    Ensure the centers meet regulatory standards and maintain high clinical quality.
7.    Continuous Improvement:
•    Identify and implement improvements to operational processes, patient care, and service delivery.
•    Stay abreast of trends and innovations in healthcare and apply best practices to center operations.
8.    Development & Expansion:
•    Support the expansion and scaling of centers as per the growth strategy of the group.
•    Develop plans to enhance the scope and range of services offered by the Centers of Excellence, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of patients.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•    At least 10 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar role, with a focus on the development and management of medical centers or healthcare facilities.
•    Proven experience in project management, financial planning, and team leadership.
•    Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical processes, and regulatory standards.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
