Job Description
The Program Manager for Business Initiatives plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Hoan My Medical Corporation. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a structured change management tracking and reporting system to ensure initiatives follow the defined methodology and deliver measurable outcomes on time and within scope.
The role works closely with stakeholders across hospitals and corporate functions to monitor progress, identify execution risks, and support disciplined implementation. It focuses primarily on monitoring, coordinating, and reporting initiative progress, helping ensure accountability, cross-functional alignment, and consistent delivery of organisational commitments.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, transformation initiatives, Project Management Office functions, or consulting environments.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing project management systems
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and experience in organisational change management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- QualiStrong analytical and structured thinking capability
- High level of personal accountability and integrity
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong project governance and performance tracking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Resilient, disciplined, and able to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyfication in project management, change management or operational excellence required (i.e., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CCMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
