Job Description
- Coordinate the members of the surgical team/procedures performing surgeries/procedures safely and achieving the best results;
- Take on the role of surgical instrument nurse as assigned by direct management (patient, type of surgery/procedure, number of operating rooms/procedures);
- Fully prepare and check the safety of surgical/procedural equipment, medical supplies, implantable devices (if any) before the patient is brought into the operating/procedural room;
- Arranging the surgical instruments and medical equipment used in surgery on the table container according to the prescribed standards;
- Perform the tricks (if any) in accordance with the technical process;
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Qualification: College Nursing majoring in instrumentation or higher;
- Preferably experience in an equivalent position;
- Knowledge: Resuscitation anesthesia;
- Having practicing certificate;
- Proficient in using MS Office software;
- Teamwork skill;
- Communication skill.
