Job Description
- Properly implement 5S in the assigned area; maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and order within the department, including male and female on-call rooms;
- Dispose of patients’ waste and clean waste containers, ensuring they are always dry and hygienic; disinfect injection carts and replace needle disposal containers in accordance with departmental regulations, procedure room regulations, and the hospital’s infection control policies;
- Manage linen inventory; change linens for patients and staff, including bed sheets, curtains, and stretchers as regulated. Ensure sufficient linens are available to serve patients and staff;
- Assist nurses in comprehensive patient care: support patients with personal hygiene, transport patients, move equipment and devices used for patient care;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Head of Department.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma;
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar position is preferred;
- Knowledge: Patient care skills and patient transportation skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexibility in work;
- Teamwork skills.
