Job Description
Independently perform basic nursing procedures and carry out certain advanced nursing techniques under the supervision of the head nurse.
Prepare daily necessary items for patient care during a shift according to nursing technical procedures and patient safety guidelines.
Complete all pre-shift tasks as required before handover, in accordance with regulations.
Coordinate with physicians to closely monitor patient conditions, address existing or newly arising issues, and promptly handle abnormal signs, especially in critically ill patients.
Receive and execute medical orders.
Ensure patient care is performed in compliance with professional and technical standards set by the Ministry of Health.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education: College degree or higher in Nursing.
Possession of a valid nursing practicing license.
