Job Description
Diagnose diseases, maintain medical records, and prescribe treatments in accordance with hospital regulations.
Examine each patient, issue medication and care orders in the morning, revisit patients in the afternoon, and provide additional orders as needed. Critically ill patients must be closely monitored and promptly managed in case of any abnormal developments.
During ward rounds by the Chief Physician, the treating doctor is responsible for fully reporting patient progress to obtain the Chief’s guidance.
Participate in on-call duties and assist in clinic shifts according to the schedule assigned by the Department Head.
Take part in consultations, mortality reviews as required, and complete medical summaries for patients transferred within the hospital, discharged, or referred to other facilities, following hospital procedures.
Engage in scientific research, hospital review meetings, departmental meetings, and professional case review meetings according to hospital procedures and regulations.
Regularly encourage patients to trust and feel confident in their treatment while strictly adhering to medical ethics.
Continuously update professional knowledge and participate in continuous training programs in accordance with regulations.
Guide interns and trainees as assigned by the Department Head.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Preference for postgraduate physicians or specialists in Internal Medicine.
Professional competence: Specialized in Internal Medicine.
Possession of a valid medical practicing license.
