CLINICAL STANDARDS MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the medical quality in hospitals/clinics (H/C) within the Group; Participating in the development, supervision, measurement, scientific research (SR), and improvement of clinical medical quality activities; Developing professional skills for the team of doctors and traditional medicine practitioners in the system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop a system of procedures, regulations, and evaluation criteria for medical expertise in hospitals/clinics.
– Consulting the Group Chief Medical Officer on strategic development of the system’s medical expertise.
– Plan, implement, and supervise improvements in medical quality.
– Develop a manual of professional guidelines, training materials, and medical expertise monitoring indicators for hospitals/clinics in the system, using scientific methods and evidence-based practice guidelines.
– Support communication activities related to professional expertise.
– Manage and develop the team of medical professionals, including doctors and traditional medicine employee.
– Report on the professional activities of hospitals/clinics.
– Coordinate with other departments and divisions, directly supervise and evaluate medical expertise in hospitals/clinics
– Participate in the formation, development, management, and supervision in the center of excellence at hospitals.
– Participate in training, scientific research, and quality improvement activities.
– Perform other tasks as directed by the Group Chief Medical Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Knowledge:
– Master’s degree in medicine or higher (Doctor). Majors: Intensive Care – Toxicology, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery.
– Practical experience in hospital management.
– At least 10 years of clinical experience.
– Experience at management position in a department or equivalent for at least 5 years.
– Strong leadership and directing skills; exemplary, able to gather doctors.
– Experience in analyzing typical clinical cases, medical incidents, organizing and conducting professional supervision, and training new doctors.
– Practical ability, with a solid understanding of the actual situation at hospitals/clinics to effectively implement medical policies, regulations, and guidelines from the Group’s Medical Office.
– Innovative thinking, vision, scientific working methods; ability to synthesize, analyze, and forecast.
– Ability to develop and coordinate the organization of new doctor training programs and specialized training materials.
– Experience in organizing scientific research activities and medical improvements in hospitals/clinics.
– Ability to identify contradictions, challenges, opportunities, advantages, new and difficult issues, and limitations in practice; proactively propose appropriate, feasible, and effective tasks and solutions to promote, advance, or resolve issues.
