Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Thao obtained a Specialist Level 1 in General Surgery degree from Cho Ray Hospital, and later a Specialist Level 2 in General Surgery degree from University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City. Dr. Thao also holds a Master’s degree in general surgery from his alma mater. Trained domestically and internationally to perform basic to advanced surgeries, Dr. Thao is well-trained to handle open surgeries, endoscopic surgeries, and minimally invasive surgeries. With over 18 years of experience in surgeries of abdominal organs such as liver, pancreas, bile duct, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, and anus, Dr. Thao is highly regarded among his peers and patients for his deep medical expertise and professionalism.
