Dr. Phan Thanh Tuoi graduated from the Military Medical Academy in Hanoi in 1988. Over the course of his 35-year career, Dr. Tuoi has worked at numerous medical facilities including the 115 People’s hospital, Hong Duc General Hospital, and SANTE Hospital among others. He currently heads the Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Department at Hoan My Saigon Clinic.
