Job Description
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide consultation on services, prepare quotations, and ensure customer care within the assigned area.
Develop work plans, engage with clients, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
Coordinate service implementation with relevant departments, monitor service quality, and handle feedback or complaints.
Ensure revenue targets are met and work processes comply with approved plans.
Prepare regular reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Education: University graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position; candidates with experience in the healthcare or service industry are preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Organizational skills: Ability to plan, manage work, and solve problems effectively.
Computer skills: Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Personal qualities: Honest, careful, eager to learn, and a good team player.
