Job Description
- Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients after trauma, surgery, stroke, or chronic diseases.
- Perform and supervise rehabilitation techniques: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, etc.
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Collaborate with therapists and nurses in patient care and support.
- Provide counseling for patients and families on rehabilitation, relapse prevention, and home care.
- Strictly comply with professional standards, safety regulations, infection control, and medical ethics.
- Participate in research, continuous training, and quality improvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and Hospital Board.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited full-time Medical Doctor (MD) program; postgraduate degree (Specialist, Master, PhD) in Rehabilitation Medicine preferred.
- Valid medical practice license required.
- Experience in rehabilitation medicine is an advantage.
- Knowledge and practical skills in modern rehabilitation techniques.
- Strong communication skills, empathy for patients, and good teamwork ability.
- Proficient in professional English and computer skills.
- High responsibility, adherence to medical ethics, and professional conduct.
