• Plan, organize and deliver evidence-based care to patients requiring high degree monitoring such as those with mechanical ventilation, central line, or those on chemotherapy;
• Implement nursing techniques at the department according to the circulated procedures;
• Assessing the outcomes of nursing interventions;
• Complete files related to care, hospital admission, medical transfer, hospital transfer, hospitalization;
• Identify early warning signs and help in emergencies;
• Continuous updating of knowledge, skills and application of knowledge already.
