Job Description

  • Ensure patient care of nurses, midwives and technicians in accordance with regulations and professional processes of the industry and hospital.
  • Monitor clinical development of nursing and promote evidence-based care.
  • Support Nurse Supervisors in the development and implementation of the annual plan and budget.
  • Planning, implementing and supervising inpatient and outpatient care in clinical departments including professional procedures and regulations.
  • Monitoring nursing practice and care outcomes.
  • Develop evidence-based standards of care.
  • Monitor developments in specialty care.
  • Build care models such as care packages or care procedures.
  • Coordinating in identifying needs and setting up training programs for staff at the departments in charge.
  • Summarize, analyze data, report and consult with departments to take remedial measures, improve patient care.
  • Identify existing problems that need to be resolved in professional work, and adjust them to suit the current situation in order to improve quality.
  • Participate in the review of the care plan of the departments, contribute ideas, guide to improve patient care and record patient records.
  • Participate in training nurses; midwives; technicians and care assistants.
  • Directly perform nursing techniques on patients (difficult cases/higher requirements)
  • Monitoring, checking daily and directing timely correction methods for problems of infection control and procedures related to patient care of the departments in charge.
  • Perform professional duties, stay on guard when assigned.
  • Complete and accurate periodic reports at the request of the head of the department and the hospital.
  • Continuously update new knowledge & participate in continuous training programs in accordance with regulations.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Qualification: Postgraduate Degree
  • Practicing certificate
  • 5+ years of clinical experience; Preferably with management experience or equivalent position
  • Certificate of Nursing management, pedagogical medicine…
  • English level: B1, TOEIC 550, Ielts 5.5, or higher
  • Use of information technology
