Job Description
- Take care of patients treated at the department in accordance with the professional processes and regulations of the medical industry & the hospital.
- Ensure professional capacity improvement, personal development to increase patient satisfaction.
- Provide evidence-based care to the patient and ensure patient safety throughout the course of treatment
- Prepare, implement interventions and evaluate according to the care plan for each patient.
- Independently perform basic nursing techniques.
- Provide and support daily activities for patients.
- Complete records related to care, admission, transfer, refferal, and discharge.
- Carry out health education for patients.
- Identify early warning signs and assist in emergencies.
- Participating in & taking full responsibility for the activities of the department & hospital.
- Continuously update new knowledge & participate in continuous training programs in accordance with regulations
- Directly perform or organize the performance of other specialized professional works of the faculty (only applicable when there are specific tasks of the specialty and the requirement to list specific task names)
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Qualification: Colledge's degree or higher
