Job Description
- Perform basic and specialized midwifery techniques in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate maternal patients’ conditions, especially critical/emergency cases, and report promptly.
- Provide first aid, emergency care, and participate in the Code Blue response team.
- Prepare, operate, maintain, and propose solutions for medical equipment, medications, and patient records.
- Conduct reproductive health education, counseling, and contribute to hygiene and disease prevention.
- Guide junior midwives and trainees; participate in training and midwifery research.
- Adhere to medical ethics, professional standards, and other assigned tasks.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- College degree or higher in Midwifery.
- Intermediate level of a foreign language.
- Proficient in computer skills, able to use HIS 2.0 for patient care.
- Competent in comprehensive maternal care, priority setting, and early recognition of clinical changes.
- Solid knowledge and skills in both basic and specialized midwifery; understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
- Ability to provide clinical guidance and participate in research.
- High responsibility, professional ethics, and teamwork spirit.
