Job Description
- Review daily outpatient cost statements and inpatient discharge records (including surgeries, paraclinical tests) to identify errors and minimize insurance payment rejections.
- Verify and analyze Health Insurance (HI) treatment costs; coordinate with Department Head, clinical units, and audit teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT/HR in updating medical staff and technical service lists on the national insurance portal, ensuring patients’ HI benefits.
- Update and disseminate new regulations from MOH and Social Insurance to relevant departments.
- Support issue resolution and provide required HI records/documents to audit teams on time.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Medical Doctor degree.
- Experience in HI assessment/claims settlement.
- Certificate of HI training and updated knowledge of HI regulations.
- Careful, responsible, with strong analytical and coordination skills.
