Job Description
- Prepare, operate, and maintain IVF laboratory equipment in compliance with protocols.
- Perform assisted reproductive techniques: sperm, oocyte, embryo handling, in-vitro fertilization, and embryo transfer support.
- Monitor, document, and manage laboratory data, samples, and IVF records.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, biosafety, and medical ethics.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and nurses during IVF treatment and patient care.
- Participate in training, scientific research, and keep updated with the latest IVF technologies.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or related fields.
- Preferably with experience in IVF Lab, Andrology, or Embryology.
- Knowledge and skills in microbiology, cell handling, and embryo culture.
- Detail-oriented, highly accurate, strictly adheres to protocols and confidentiality.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to read and understand professional documents in English is an advantage.
