Job Description
- Examine, consult, and prescribe infertility treatment options for patients.
- Perform professional IVF techniques: oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, follicular monitoring, and treatment guidance.
- Collaborate with technicians, nurses, and related departments to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment protocols, adjusting according to patient conditions.
- Explain results, provide personalized treatment plans, and support patients throughout the IVF journey.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, infection control, and medical ethics.
- Participate in training, scientific research, and keep updated with advances in reproductive medicine.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head/hospital.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited full-time Medical Doctor (MD) program; postgraduate degree (Specialist I/II, Master, PhD) in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Reproductive Medicine is preferred.
- Valid medical practice license required.
- Experience in IVF or Obstetrics & Gynecology is an advantage.
- Proficient in IVF-related procedures (gynecological ultrasound, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, empathetic and patient-focused.
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and strict adherence to medical ethics.
- Ability to read and update knowledge from medical literature in English.
