I. JOB PURPOSE

To provide high-quality ENT medical services including consultation, treatment planning, diagnostic procedures, and surgical interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct ENT consultations, diagnoses, and propose appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform routine ENT procedures such as: Ear/nasal irrigation, Nasal endoscopy, Foreign body removal, Nasal cauterization, etc.
• Perform common ENT surgeries: Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, Septoplasty, Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), Tympanoplasty and other middle ear surgeries
• Manage preoperative and postoperative care of ENT patients.
• Document medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in interdisciplinary consultations and collaborative care.
• Comply with hospital standards, infection control protocols, and ACHSI quality guidelines.

• Qualification: ENT specialist with valid practicing license (CCHN).
• Surgical experience in common ENT operations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills.
• Responsible, professional, and committed to patient-centered care.
