The Hospital Management Asia (HMA) Awards are the pre-eminent hospital management awards in the region. This year’s event was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 5 to 6 September 2023 and featured entries from leading healthcare providers across Asia-Pacific. Hoan My Thu Duc was the only winner from Vietnam, highlighting the Group’s leadership in the country in delivering innovative, integrated, and patient-centric care.
Industry-Leading Patient Care
Hoan My Thu Duc’s “Five-Star Doctor Kiosk: Empowering Patient Satisfaction and Streamlining Operational Efficiency” project received high praise from the HMA judges for successfully improving patient experience. By integrating IT systems to conduct patient experience surveys, the hospital can now gather valuable patient feedback, track information, and implement targeted solutions to improve service quality and clinical standards.
Hoan My Thu Duc is the latest member of Hoan My Medical Group to receive this prestigious award. In 2022, Hoan My Binh Duong Private Hospital was recognised for facilitating safe pregnancy care during COVID-19 and in 2021, Hoan My Medical Group was honoured with an Excellence Award for its “Resilient Blossoms” campaign to recognise the work of nurses during the pandemic. Other hospitals in the Hoan My network, such as Hoan My Da Nang Hospital, Hoan My Cuu Long Hospital, and Hanh Phuc International Hospital, have also received HMA awards in the past for their successful projects.
