1. Health Insurance
Customers with a Health Insurance card from Vietnam Social Insurance can use it for labour and delivery. You can enjoy benefits within the scope of Health Insurance coverage.
2. Payment
Customers can pay upon discharge using the following expressions:
– Cash.
– Bank transfer by scanning a QR code or conducting a manual transfer.
– Momo e-wallet.
– Payment by credit card and Nextpay payment gateway. In case of need, please contact the cashier for detailed instructions.
3. Deposit
A deposit is a form of recording the moment the customer decides to buy a birth package to calculate the accompanying incentives.
The deposit amount currently applied is 2,000,000 VND.
Customers can order birth packages directly at the Hospital or pay online via the Hospital’s banking account and ask the consultant for confirmation.
4. Transfer, upgrade and reimburse birth packages
– Customers can transfer the booked birth package provided they have not used any services.
– Customers who have purchased a package can upgrade the package from bottom to top, not vice versa.
– Customers who purchased birth packages can get a refund deposit if they have not used any services. The level of completion is 100% or 75% due to subjective or objective reasons.

Dr. Huynh Thi Tuyet Mai
Specialist Level II Doctor, Obstetrics Dr. Huynh Thi Tuyet Mai graduated from the Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine as a medical doctor in 2003. She later obtained her Specialist Level II in Obstetrics and Gynaecology degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in 2021. Dr. Mai also holds a Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City. With over 14 years of experience, Dr. Mai is highly proficient in areas of pregnancy monitoring, delivery and caesarean section, examination and treatment of gynaecological diseases, counselling and implementation of contraceptive measures, obstetric and gynaecological ultrasounds, colposcopy, as well as performing artificial insemination.
Dr. Mai Phuong
Specialist Level I Doctor, Obstetrics Dr. Mai Phuong graduated from the Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy as a medical doctor in 2011. He later obtained his Specialist Level I in Obstetrics and Gynaecology degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2017. He has a wealth of clinical experience and has performed more than 1,000 normal and difficult births, as well as caesarean sections, including cases of high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Phong has also performed more than 2,000 obstetrics and gynaecological ultrasounds and prenatal screenings and is highly proficient in a variety of gynaecological procedures, including IUD insertion, difficult IUD removal, IUD insertion and removal, Bartholin’s abscess, and breast abscess among others.
