Dr. Luong Cong Hieu graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City as a medical doctor. He later completed a series of residency programmes in the field of surgery in France, Malaysia, and Japan., Dr. Hieu has also attended numerous specialised training courses in the United States, Japan, and South Korea and conducted scientific research both domestically and internationally. With over 17 years of experience in cardiac surgery and intervention, he currently serves as the chief cardiac surgeon at Hoan My Sai Gon Hospital.
